The team was solid about getting back to me and answering my questions. There was one reply that took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the communication was clear and helpful, and it made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I appreciated feeling like my questions were actually being heard.

I went to an Admirals game and expected parking to be a headache, but it was easy. I found a garage nearby and didn’t have to wait long getting in or out, which made the whole night feel a lot less stressful before puck drop. I’m sure it could be different for a bigger event or if you show up super late, but for this game it worked out really well. I’d definitely go again.

The games themselves are fun, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the online fan engagement feels kind of weak. There don’t seem to be many updates or replies, and sometimes it feels like fans are just left hanging. I don’t know, I guess I just expected a bit more interaction

The staff at the Norfolk Admirals were mostly okay from what I dealt with. A couple of people were polite and seemed like they were trying to point me in the right direction, though I guess I didn’t really see everything going on behind the scenes.
It just felt kind of uneven. One person I spoke with was friendly enough, but another seemed rushed and didn’t really seem that interested in my question. Maybe they were busy or something, but it came off a little off.
Nothing major happened and I wouldn’t say it ruined anything. It was a decent experience overall, I just think the staff could be a bit more consistent so it feels more professional across the board.

Getting in was smooth, the staff were helpful and pointed us in the right direction, and the elevators weren’t hard to find. The accessible seating had a decent view too, which was nice. Parking nearby can be a little frustrating if you show up late, but it wasn’t awful. I’d definitely go again, just would try to get there a bit earlier next time.

Not terrible overall, but definitely confusing and kind of frustrating when you’re just trying to save a little money.

The seat map was easy enough to understand, and I could clearly see what was available. To be fair, there wasn’t much to figure out—I picked my seat quickly without any issues

Went to the arena recently and it was mostly fine. The seats were okay, nothing amazing but comfy enough. The bathrooms could’ve used more cleaning though, they were a bit messy tbh. Overall not bad, just a few things that could be better.
